Mr. Subhashchandra Modi, Cricket Umpire from Kenya who had undergone Total Knee Replacement (TKR) at Shalby Hospitals on December 1, 2016 is all geared up to catch up with his favorite profession again – Umpiring! On February 13, 2017 he visited Dr. Vikram I. Shah & Team at Shalby Hospitals, Ahmedabad, India for a post operative check up.

“I am given a clean chit of fitness now by none other than Dr. Vikram Shah, the World Renowned Knee surgeon to pursue my profession and hobbies on completion of two and a half months of my knee surgery. I will start swimming soon. My recovery was fast and it was monitored by the Shalby Team at every phase. Once back in Kenya, in the first week of March, 2017, I will continue pursuing my passion- Cricket Umpiring. It is really inspiring to hear from Dr. Vikram Shah that I should not have any worries now on, on my knee replacement. Thus, I am to begin a new inning in my profession and life after a very successful knee replacement at the hands of the world’s best surgeon. Thank you Shalby for re-creating me, so wonderfully.”
